COMPLAINTS
Any complaints about the Safety Camera Partnership's work should be directed in writing to;

It is not possible for complaints arising from individual offences to be dealt with until these are finalised by either payment of the fixed penalty or by a Court hearing. Any correspondence received by the Project Manager which is connected to a 'live' case will be forwarded to the Central Ticket Office to be attached to the case papers and dealt with as a defence or mitigation.

We are very happy to hear your views, to provide you with information, or to answer your questions about the details of the Safety Camera Partnership and / or the cost recovery scheme by e-mail or letter. However, please note that we are unable to respond to queries that relate to individual offences either by letter or through this website. Mitigation, must be made in writing, by post, to;
